How pre-booking works

    Selection, details, collect a BHD 1,000 non-refundable down payment, and confirm your order.

Applicable to online vehicle pre-bookings in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Customer shall complete the purchase and take delivery of the vehicle within ten (10) days of receiving notification that the vehicle is available for delivery.
  2. Failure to complete the purchase or take delivery within the specified period may result in the Customer’s reservation priority being deferred to the next available shipment, subject to availability and the Company’s applicable procedures.
  3. The final vehicle price shall be confirmed upon arrival at the Company’s showroom and shall apply to the completion of the purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. The reservation amount is non-refundable if the Customer withdraws from the purchase or fails to proceed with the purchase for reasons attributable to the Customer.
  2. If the Company withdraws from the sale for reasons not attributable to the Customer, the reservation amount shall be refunded in full.
  3. Where the sale cannot be completed due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of both parties, the reservation amount shall be refunded in full.
  4. The original reservation receipt or valid proof of payment must be presented when requesting a refund.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Bahraini Civil Code and Consumer Protection Law.
