XPENG officially enters the Cambodian market, appointing NSPENG AUTOMOBILE IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD. as the official partner to manage local operations, with vehicle deliveries starting November 2025.
The partnership leverages XPENG's smart EV technology and NSPENG's local expertise, backed by its shareholders' regional experience and resources.

Phnom Penh, October 18, 2025 – XPENG officially announced its entry into the Cambodian market following the successful signing ceremony with its official authorized dealer and the brand launch event. The company has established a partnership with NSPENG AUTOMOBILE IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "NSPENG"), authorizing it as the official dealer responsible for the localization of XPENG's brand development, sales, and after-sales service operations in Cambodia. Six XPENG models were introduced to local consumers this month, with deliveries scheduled to begin in November. This launch establishes Cambodia as one of XPENG's overseas markets with the most extensive product portfolio.
NSPENG, XPENG's official dealer in Cambodia, is a joint venture invested by Guangzhou Nanling Auto Group and Cambodia's SDB Auto Group. SDB Group brings extensive local resources and in-depth market knowledge, while Guangzhou Nanling Auto Group contributes management expertise and operational capabilities in the new energy vehicle sector. Combined with XPENG's advanced product technology and brand influence, this partnership represents a deep integration of complementary strengths.
