  • Which XPENG models are available in Australia?

  • The line-up changes as new models launch. View the current XPENG range on the XPENG Australia website or contact your local dealer for the latest availability.

  • Can I buy an XPENG online?

  • Yes. Use the online configurator to build your vehicle and get a price estimate. This can then be sent to your local dealer to prepare a formal quote, contract or test drive.

  • How do I arrange a test drive?

  • Use the Test Drive page on the XPENG Australia website to find your nearest dealer and arrange a test drive.

  • What chargers work with XPENG vehicles?

  • XPENG vehicles are compatible with most public Type 2 (AC) and CCS2 (DC fast) chargers.

  • Can I use Tesla Superchargers with my XPENG?

  • Some Tesla Supercharger sites in Australia are open to non-Tesla CCS2 vehicles. Check the Tesla app for site compatibility before you go, as not all sites support non-Tesla vehicles.

  • How do I charge my XPENG?

  • Locate a compatible public or home charger, press the top-left of the charge flap on the right rear quarter panel to open it, then connect the charging cable.

  • What warranty does XPENG offer in Australia?

  • XPENG provides a 7-year / unlimited kilometre whole vehicle warranty for private use, or 7 years / 160,000 km for commercial use, from first registration. The traction battery, Battery Management System (BMS), drive motor and Intelligent Power Unit (IPU) are covered for 8 years / 160,000 km. Paint is covered for 5 years and anti-corrosion for 7 years.   • Does my XPENG include Roadside Assistance?

    Yes. XPENG Roadside Assistance is provided for 7 years from the date of first registration. Learn more about XPENG Roadside Assistance, including available services, eligibility and terms and conditions.


  • How often does my XPENG need to be serviced?

  • Scheduled maintenance is required every 12 months or 20,000km, whichever comes first. Refer to your Owner's Handbook and Warranty and Maintenance Manual for full details.

  • Where can I service my XPENG?

  • We recommend servicing your vehicle through an XPENG Authorised Dealer. Use the Find a Dealer page on the XPENG Australia website to find your nearest location.


    • I purchased my XPENG through TrueEV. What support is available to me?

    XPENG ANZ now provides direct support to customers who purchased through TrueEV or its authorised dealers. Documented promotional commitments, including eligible cashback offers, extended warranty promotions, complimentary scheduled maintenance and other promotional offers, can be submitted to XPENG ANZ for review.
