Roadside Assistance at a glance
Eligible vehicles enrolled in the XPENG Roadside Assistance Program can access assistance when a vehicle cannot be driven or mobilised.
Depending on the circumstances, assistance may include:
Telephone assistance
Our Customer Service Assistant may be able to provide general vehicle advice, diagnose the issue over the phone and help get your vehicle moving without requiring a roadside callout.
12V battery assistance
If your vehicle is immobilised due to a flat 12V battery, roadside assistance can test the battery, attempt a jump-start or coordinate a replacement where required.
Charging assistance
If your XPENG runs out of charge, assistance may be arranged to transport the vehicle to the nearest suitable charging station. Charging costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Flat tyre assistance
Where a temporary tyre repair cannot be completed, towing may be arranged to the nearest approved tyre outlet or authorised repairer, subject to applicable towing limits.
Lost or locked keys
Assistance may be provided if your vehicle key is lost, stolen or locked inside the vehicle, including key delivery or locksmith assistance depending on the circumstances.
Towing and vehicle transportation
If your vehicle cannot be safely mobilised, transportation can be arranged to the nearest XPENG Dealership or authorised repairer, subject to applicable towing limits.
Additional assistance may also be available in eligible circumstances, including emergency taxi transport, accommodation, rental vehicle assistance and vehicle recovery.
Important information
Your vehicle must be enrolled in the XPENG Roadside Assistance Program to access the services outlined in the program Terms & Conditions.
Once a roadside service provider has been dispatched, you or an authorised representative should remain with the vehicle where it is safe to do so.
