What types of vehicle data can I access?
Eligible vehicle data is organized into the following categories. The availability of specific data may vary depending on your vehicle model, connected services, and applicable regulations.
Some information is excluded from data access requests, including data protected by intellectual property rights, trade secrets, cybersecurity requirements, or other legal restrictions.
- Motion & Dynamics DataData describing the vehicle's motion and handling during operation, such as vehicle speed, acceleration, steering wheel angle and steering wheel angular speed.
- Driver Controls Input DataSignals that capture the driver's direct command to the vehicle, such as the accelerator pedal position and current gear level.
- Electric Powertrain DataData related to the operational parameters of traction motors and power electronics, such as front/rear motor rotational speed, torque output and rotor temperature.
- Battery & Charging DataInformation about the high-voltage battery's status, charging process and estimated range, such as maximum and minimum battery cell temperature and battery pack temperature, battery voltage, battery current, charging power, remaining driving range and state of charge.
