Jakarta, February 3, 2026 – XPENG has officially entered into a collaboration with Voltron to introduce Indonesia’s first ultra fast charging facility with a capacity of up to 480 kW. This initiative forms part of XPENG’s efforts to further strengthen support for its vehicle users by delivering a faster and more efficient charging experience. Located at Living World Alam Sutera, the ultra fast charging facility is designed to support the mobility needs of XPENG users in Indonesia. Its presence reflects XPENG’s commitment to ensuring customer comfort, not only through product quality, but also through the readiness of supporting facilities.

The 480 kW ultra fast charging system is specifically designed to support the charging capabilities of the XPENG G6 Pro, which can accommodate charging power of up to 451 kW. With this capability, XPENG G6 Pro users can enjoy significantly reduced charging times of 10% - 80% SoC in under 12 minutes, making daily vehicle use more practical and efficient.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between XPENG Global and Voltron was officially signed on February 3, 2026. This signing marks the beginning of a strategic collaboration between the two parties in delivering high-speed charging solutions focused on the needs of XPENG users in Indonesia.

The MoU formalizes a co-investment framework to expand this high-performance charging (HPC) infrastructure. The companies will jointly identify premium locations to develop new HPC sites. This partnership enhances charging accessibility and supports XPENG's expansion in Indonesia.

This partnership makes XPENG one of the first Chinese EV brands to partner with Voltron in the region. In tandem, Voltron’s network of over 400 chargers is being integrated into the XPENG app, enabling users to locate stations starting this January, with remote start/stop and payment functions to follow in the near future. Upon launch of these functions, XPENG users will also enjoy special discounts at co-branded stations. This will enable a seamless charging discovery, activation and payment experience on XPENG’s systems.

In Asia Pacific region earlier in 2025, XPENG Charging has been fully connected to the charging network across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. This includes the largest public charging network in Singapore with a local market share of over 30%, as well as charging stations spanning 5,000 kilometers of highways across SEA.
