You can cancel the service appointment at any time. If you do not arrive at the store, the appointment will be shown as canceled on the next day of the service appointment day.
You can make the service appointment and track your appointment status in XPENG APP.
The appointment time shown in the APP is the local time of the service store. If the time zone on your phone is different from the service store, please refer to the local time of the store.
